Ett krusdok – A frilled veil

Jag har gjort en födelsedagspresent till min mamma. Hon fyller år i augusti, men eftersom vi bor i olika städer så har vi inte synts sen dess. I helgen var jag hemma för min syster fyllde år (hon fick en gammal Husqvarna-symaskin), så då fick jag möjlighet att ge henne sin present.

I’ve made a birthday gift for my mother. Her birthday is in August, but since we live in two different parts of Sweden we havn’t seen each other since then. This weekend I travelled down the country to celebrate my sisters birthday (she got an old Husqvarna sewing machine as gift) I was able to give my the long due birthday gift for my mother.

Hon fick ett krusdok, gjort efter Cathrins tutorial. Det tog ett tag att göra, men det gör ingenting för min del. Jag har inget emot att spendera tid på saker till min mamma. Hon är min allra bästa vän och jag är så himla glad att hon är just min mamma. Och så visste jag att hon skulle vara väldigt fin i det.

She got a frilled veil, made from Cathrin’s tutorial. It took a while to make, but I don’t mind spending a lot of time on things for my mother. She is my best friend in the world and I’m so happy to have her as my mother. And I knew she would be very pretty in it.
